ScriboScience has recently completed updates to the User Guide for MacVector 12. MacVector is a comprehensive Macintosh application that provides sequence editing, primer design, internet database searching, protein analysis, sequence confirmation, multiple sequence alignment, phylogenetic reconstruction, coding region analysis and a wide variety of other functions.
This version features a large number of major changes to better support circular sequences, enhance the sequence editor and improve the graphical display of features, in addition to a large number of minor enhancements.
