ScriboScience have just completed updates to the User Guide for MacVector 12.6. MacVector is a comprehensive Macintosh application that provides sequence editing, primer design, internet database searching, protein analysis, sequence confirmation, multiple sequence alignment, phylogenetic reconstruction, coding region analysis and a wide variety of other functions.
This version features two new multiple sequence alignment algorithms - Muscle and T-Coffee - and a new reference assembly algorithm - Bowtie - as well as numerous other enhancements.
